Event FAQ

  1. Where is the event?
Our event will be held outside on the grounds of the Armory, under a tent, within view of the Assabet river. During this time in September, we’ll likely be experiencing late summer/early fall season, which we’re optimistic will make for a relaxing and ideal experience for all.
  2. How will seating be organized?
Seating will be on a first come, first served basis providing you with an opportunity to meet new people.  You may also reserve a table for groups of 8 for your business, organization or friends and family.
  3. Will there be a tent?
Yes, this event is designed around an outdoor community-wide dinner utilizing a tent. Therefore, in the case of unfortunate weather, we will be able to still make this a comfortable experience.
  4. Is there a discount for multiple tickets?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a discount for multiple tickets.  But please know your support will go to a wonderful cause and mission.
  5. Will you have food available for people who are gluten or lactose sensitive?
When you purchase a ticket, you can specify any specific allergies you have, such as lactose and gluten. As we are very sensitive to your dietary needs, we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
  6. Are alcoholic drinks included?
We will have a limited bar, which includes signature cocktails, and select wine and beer. These are included in the cost of your ticket.
  7. What is the Dress code?
We are encouraging elegant casual attire, which means we’d rather you join us in wearing trousers, collared shirts, dresses or slacks, skirts with sweater or blouse than t-shirts, sweat and yoga pants. However, as an arts organization, we want you to be comfortable being you.
  8. What time do I need to be there?
The event will be held 4:00 pm -9:00 pm.
4:00 to 5:00  Cocktails and appetizers
    5:00 to 7:30  Dinner
7:30 to 9:00  Program and Silent Auction
  9. Is the event accessible?
Handicapped parking will be available along the Armory’s paved driveway.  We aim to make this an inclusive event for everyone.  For those with special accessibility needs please email contact@hudsonarmoryproject.org in advance of the event so we can make this a comfortable, safe experience for you.
  10. Are the tickets tax deductible?
As a 501(c)3 non-profit, your purchase to the Hudson Cultural Alliance may be tax deductible.   All proceeds from the fundraising dinner will go to the Hudson Armory Project.
